At Luxpaces Studio, every piece is made with care and precision. Because our wall art is made-to-order, we strive to ensure that every item is created and delivered exactly as expected. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
All our products are custom printed and made-to-order. This means once an order is placed, we immediately begin production and cannot cancel or change the order once processing has started.
Returns & Exchanges
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delayed delivery due to courier or customs delays
Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Returns Are Only Accepted If:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong product (wrong size, design, or variation)
- Your order arrives incomplete or missing items
In such cases, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at studio@luxspaces.com with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item(s) and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if it qualifies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we verify the issue, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Returns Shipping
In cases where a return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. We do not cover return shipping for non-defective items or personal preference returns.
Size, Color & Display Disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.
Measurements may vary slightly due to printing and framing processes.
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Then, contact your bank
