Shipping Information

At Luxspaces Studio, every piece of wall art is made-to-order with precision and care. We prioritize fast, reliable delivery — especially for our U.S. customers — while also offering international shipping to many countries worldwide.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, so please double-check your details before checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Shipping
We primarily serve the United States. Estimated delivery times (after production) range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders may arrive sooner if you’re near a regional fulfillment center.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to many destinations. International delivery typically takes 5–20 business days, but can vary depending on local carriers, customs, and destination.
Please note: Customs fees, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages (especially if multiple items are ordered), depending on product type and shipping logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by local carriers or disruptions
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Unexpected delays may occur due to:
- High-volume periods (e.g. holidays)
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Weather or carrier disruptions
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays outside of our control.
