Tracking Order

At Luxspaces Studio, we believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed, we’ll handle the rest — from production to delivery — and provide tracking updates so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your doorstep.


Made-to-Order Production

Each piece of wall art is created just for you. Because we produce on demand, your item goes through a short production phase before shipping:

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: Depends on your region (see our Shipping Policy)

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.


Multi-Package Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is normal and ensures faster delivery based on where each product is fulfilled.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you when it’s dispatched.


Where to Find Tracking Info

  1. After your order is shipped, check your email inbox for a message titled: “Your order is on the way!”
  2. Click the link in the email to view real-time tracking updates.
  3. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder — or contact us directly.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping notification. Occasionally, tracking links may not show immediate movement, especially in early transit stages — this is normal.


Delayed or Missing Tracking?

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking seems stuck for more than 5 business days, contact us at: studio@luxspaces.com

We’ll be happy to assist and check in with the shipping carrier on your behalf.


Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Double-check with household members or neighbors
  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before they actually arrive
  • Contact your local postal service

If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
